Delivery and returns policy
We deliver to:
· The Netherlands
For deliveries to other countries than the above mentioned, please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders are shipped with GLS – No delivery to PO Boxes.
Free delivery for all orders of minimum EUR 100.00.
For orders of a total less than EUR 100.00 a freight fee of EUR 15.00 is to be added.
Compliments.dk do our upmost to ship your order within three working days. If the ordered goods, are not available in stock, we will contact you and your payment will be cancelled. When the goods leave our warehouse, you will via e-mail receive a confirmation of shipment including the tracking number.
Your goods will be delivered Monday to Friday. The time of delivery depends on the country in which the delivery takes place and the carrier used.
Please note that the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you after delivery. If the package appears to be damaged you should refuse to receive the goods. If you wish to complain about any lack of conformity, you are required to give notice to us. Please read more under "FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS".
If your order consists of multiple goods, we reserve the right to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be necessary if certain goods are delayed or out of stock at the time of order. You will be informed if your order is subject to separate deliveries. You will not be charged with additional delivery costs for separate deliveries.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.
In case of a purchase relating to multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately (i.e. separate deliveries), the cancellation period shall expire 14 days after the date on which you acquire or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right of cancellation of an order the goods are to be returned in original packaging. The goods may not be worn, altered, or washed and all tags must be attached. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us about your decision to cancel the order.
RETURN OF GOODS
If you wish to cancel an order, you must fill in the Return Form received with the goods and return the goods to our address:

You will have to bear the direct costs and responsibility of returning the goods.
CHANGE OF GOODS, SIZE OR COLOR
If you wish to change your goods to another style, size or color you must return the goods according to “RETURN OF GOODS” and make a new order on Compliments.dk.
The returned goods will be credited and you have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
REFUNDS BY CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
If you decide to cancel an order, we shall refund all payments received from you, excluding freight fees, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the order. We will refund you through the same means of payments as used during your purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of refunds made.
Compliments reserve the rights to withhold refunds until returned goods have been received or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is received first.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS
If your goods are faulty or we have delivered the incorrect goods, please contact our Customer Service;

When contacting Customer Service, you will be asked to provide the confirmation number, possibly the goods/item number, and to describe what's wrong with the goods etc. If you notice the faults or incorrect goods at the time of delivery, you should refuse to receive and sign for the goods.
In case of a claim, you can choose between the following options:
· Return the goods and receive a refund of the purchase price and all delivery costs when our Customer Service has processed the returned goods,
· Return the goods and receive similar goods when our Customer Service has processed the returned goods, provided we can supply an equivalent, or
· Keep the goods and request a proportionate reduction of the purchase price.
RETURN OF CLAIM
If you wish to return a claim, please contact our Customer Service via e-mail email@example.com or phone +45 7624 0666 for a Return Number.
The Return Number is to be stated on the copy of the order confirmation, which is to be returned with the goods. The Return Number must also be stated on the outside of the return packet. Returns of claims without Return Number are to be rejected.

Compliments will refund the purchase price and the delivery costs once Compliments have received the returned goods unless you choose to receive new goods to replace the original goods.
Please note: In case Compliments reject your claim, you will be charged the costs of the return of the goods.
